Work With Us
Two focused hours with a question that matters.
A decision you keep circling. A relationship that feels stuck. A strategy that hasn’t found its footing.
Bring what you’re working through. Together, we’ll look at the situation, question assumptions, and make room for perspectives that may be hard to find from inside it.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening and a practical next move grounded in your circumstances. A place to begin, without committing to ongoing coaching.
How it Works:
After payment is received, you will receive a scheduling link and a form to complete before the session
You will receive a confirmation with a Zoom link for our meeting
Two focused hours to look closely at a challenge, consider new perspectives, and find a practical next move.
A fresh perspective on how you work and relate to others.
There can be a gap between what we intend, how we act, and how others experience us. An assessment gives us something concrete to examine together.
We’ll choose an assessment suited to your question, followed by a one-hour conversation to connect the findings with your everyday experience. Together, we’ll consider what feels familiar, what surprises you, and what you might try differently.
Depending on your focus, we may draw on:
360 feedback: Perspectives from the people you work with, helping you notice strengths and gaps between your intentions and your impact.
EQ-i: A closer look at emotional and social patterns in how you respond, make decisions, and relate to others.
FourSight: Insight into the parts of creative problem-solving you naturally gravitate toward and how you collaborate with people who approach it differently.
FIRO: A way to examine interpersonal needs and how they influence your working relationships.
PACT: A way to make recurring tensions visible and consider how to work with competing needs over time.
The findings become a starting point for understanding yourself in context—and deciding what to do with what you see.
A leadership or interpersonal assessment and one-hour debrief to understand your strengths, relationship patterns, and impact—and put that insight to use.
Three months of thought partnership around a challenge that needs time and attention.
Some questions unfold as you work with them. A shift in direction, a persistent team dynamic, or a change in your role may call for space to think, act, and return with what you’re learning.
Over three months, we’ll work with the challenge as it develops—making patterns visible, considering possibilities, and shaping next moves that fit the realities you’re navigating.
Our conversations connect reflection with what happens between them, so each new experience can inform the next decision.
Three months of thought partnership to work through an unfolding challenge, try new approaches, and learn as you go.
Make room for what your group needs to see, say, and do together.
Sometimes a group needs to learn something new. Sometimes it needs a different way to have the conversation it keeps circling. Often, the two belong together.
We design workshops, retreats, and facilitated experiences around the people in the room and the realities they’re working with. That might mean navigating change, strengthening communication, working through competing priorities, or finding a shared direction when people see things differently.
Our approach brings thoughtful conversation together with experiential learning, visual tools, and hands-on activities. People can map a dynamic, try another perspective, and notice patterns that are difficult to see while caught inside them. There is room for play, reflection, and the unexpected—as well as the serious work you came to do.
Depending on what your group needs, we might work together to:
Make recurring communication and relationship patterns visible.
Understand differences in how people think, contribute, and approach a challenge.
Work with tensions and competing needs without making someone the problem.
Practice ways of listening, giving feedback, and making decisions together.
Identify changes your group can realistically put into practice.
We bring experience across leadership, education, organizational change, and group development. You bring knowledge of your people, your context, and what is at stake. Together, we shape an experience that connects learning in the room with life beyond it.
The aim is a clearer shared understanding, useful practices to carry forward, and next moves your group has helped shape.
Each engagement is designed with you. We begin with a conversation about your group, what’s happening now, and what you hope the work will make possible. From there, we propose a format, scope, and fee.
Custom workshops, retreats, and facilitated conversations that help groups see what’s happening, work with differences, and find ways forward together.
In the Studio
Some things we only discover through play.
A piece moves. A perspective shifts. Something we couldn’t quite explain becomes visible.
Over years of working with people, we’ve noticed recurring patterns in how we relate, spend our time, and navigate competing needs. Some are difficult to see through conversation alone.
In the Studio, we’re developing games, paper tools, and hands-on experiences that give those patterns a tangible form—something to move, play with, and see from another point of view. Ways to discover more possibilities for how we inhabit our lives, at home and at work.
Come see what we’re playing with.
